Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must still have tags attached and the apparel unworn. Shipping will be at your own cost unless otherwise agreed upon. Please contact info@blankround.com to initiate return. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Blank Round is not liable for misplaced or stolen products during transit and don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item prior. 

Pre-orders

Pre-order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped.
Pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays.
Pre-Orders / Made To Order products are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.

 

International Orders

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.

 

Shipping Information

Our shipping rate and timeframe will show upon checkout. Multiple shipping options are available for your convenience. Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days (pre-order items excluded). Below is a standard shipping timeframe for yourconvenience. However, we do not guarantee this timeframe as they are determined by the couriers. 

• Domestic Standard: 2-7 business days
• Domestic Express: 1-3 business days
• International express: 3-6 business days
